Convenient Telehealth Appointments from Anywhere in PA or WV
CCC offers telehealth appointments through our state-of-the-art platform that enables you to get your medical marijuana certification anywhere in the states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Our telehealth appointments are all about convenience and getting certified right in the comfort of your home utilizing a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
HOW IT WORKS
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your appointment and important next steps. You will also receive email and/or text message reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time, which will include your secure virtual appointment link. Please note that occasionally these confirmation or reminder messages may end up in your junk/spam folder, so check there if you don’t see them in your inbox.
To join the telehealth session, ensure that you are in a location with reliable internet/WIFI access. Five minutes before your scheduled appointment time, click on the provided link.
Enter your full name and click “Next.” You will then see a preview screen where you can grant access to your camera/microphone. Once your camera and mic are on, scroll down and click the blue “Join Call” button located at the bottom of the screen. This will place you in the waiting room, and our staff will connect with you when it’s time for your appointment.
It is important to have your camera turned on during the visit so that our staff can see you. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 412-730-3983. Our team will be more than happy to assist you.
Appointment Booking Checklist
- Qualifying Conditions: Please list your qualifying medical condition(s) in the “Reason for Visit” box. This helps our physicians review your certification eligibility during your appointment.
- Diagnosis Appointments: Please select the “Dx” Visit Type when booking.
- Renewing Patients: Please include your expiration date in the “Reason for Visit” box, you can find that date on your current MMJ card. You may schedule your renewal appointment up to 60 days before this expiration date.
- Don’t forget to scroll down to the calendar to choose your appointment time from the available slots.
- Note: By proceeding with care at our practice, you acknowledge our HIPAA Data Use Agreement and, when applicable, our Telemedicine Consent Notice.
