What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is complete, you’ll be redirected to our scheduling page to select your appointment date and time. Appointments are conducted via telehealth — no in-person visit required.
What’s included in my certification?
Your certification includes a telehealth appointment with one of our licensed physicians, a medical cannabis recommendation valid for one year, assistance with your state registration and access to our patient support team.
What do I need to have ready?
If you have existing medical records or documentation of your qualifying condition, please upload them prior to your appointment using our Document Upload page. Submitting your records in advance helps our physicians prepare and keeps your appointment running smoothly.
If you do not have records to provide, select the “New Patient: Need a Diagnosis” option above to complete your booking. A member of our team will reach out to you prior to your appointment to gather additional information and ensure you are set up for the right certification option.
