Eligibility
The contest is open to participants aged 18 years and above, residing in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. Employees of CCC and PHG, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary for eligibility.
Contest Period
The contest begins on April 15, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on April 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must visit the CCC website, www.cccregister.com and interact with the spin-to-win promotional widget from their computer or smartphone device. Full name and active email address are required for entry and notification of any winnings.
Prizes
Prizes include branded promotional items from PHG including: 3 backpacks, 3 hooded sweatshirts, 2 dab tools and 1 fanny pack. Additionally, winners will receive exclusive discount codes valid for medical marijuana certification appointments by CCC. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will be concluded within 7 days of the contest end date. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during contest entry. If a winner does not respond within 21 days of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim
To claim physical prizes, winners must provide their full name, email address, and shipping address within 30 days of being notified.
After spinning the promotional coupon wheel, participants will receive a congratulatory message along with a unique promo code to use when scheduling an appointment via CCC’s web form, or over the phone at 888-316-9085.
To claim discount winnings, participants may request an appointment online or pre-pay through CCC’s self-service portal using their Spin to Win promo code at: https://www.compassionatecertificationcenters.com/product/mmj-certification-and-recertification/
Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility.
Failure to provide the required information within the specified time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity
By participating in the contest, participants grant CCC and PHG the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Terms
CCC and PHG reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate. CCC and PHG reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The decision of CCC and PHG regarding all aspects of the contest shall be final and binding. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
By entering the contest, participants agree to be contacted by CCC and PHG for promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, special offers, and announcements. Participants may opt-out of these communications at any time.
