Eligibility
The contest is open to participants aged 18 years and above, residing in the states of Pennsylvania or West Virginia, USA. Employees of CCC, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary for eligibility.
Contest Period
The contest begins on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the email entry form here. Full name and active email address are required for entry and notification of any winnings.
Prizes
Prizes include exclusive CCC promotional items, such as a CCC jersey and CCC koozie. Winners will also receive special discount codes valid for medical marijuana certification appointments. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection
Winners are selected instantly through the spin-to-win experience, no separate drawing will take place. After participating, winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry by a member of the CCC staff. If a winner does not respond within 21 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.
Prize Claim
To claim physical prizes, winners must provide their full name, email address, and shipping address within 30 days of being notified.
After spinning the promotional coupon wheel, participants will receive a congratulatory message along with a unique promo code to use when scheduling an appointment via CCC’s web form, or over the phone at 412-730-3983.

Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility.
Failure to provide the required information within the specified time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity
By participating in the contest, participants grant CCC the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Terms
CCC reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the contest terms and conditions or is deemed inappropriate. CCC reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The decision of CCC regarding all aspects of the contest shall be final and binding. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
By entering the contest, participants agree to be contacted by CCC for promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, special offers, and announcements. Participants may opt-out of these communications at any time.
