- Evaluate your eligibility for medical marijuana certification,
- Review your health history and records,
- Provide follow-up care and counseling,
- Send documentation or certifications as required by law.
3. Your Rights
- You may decline or discontinue telemedicine at any time.
- You may request in-person services if available.
- Your participation is voluntary.
4. Risks and Limitations
While telemedicine offers convenience and access to care, risks include:
- Technology issues (loss of connection, delays, poor video quality),
- Limited ability to perform a full physical examination,
- Possible gaps in information that could affect clinical decisions.
If telemedicine is not sufficient for your care, you may be referred for in-person services.
