Roseanne Scotti is the Senior Director, Resident States, and State Director of Drug Policy Alliance’s New Jersey office.

Over the past 14 years, she has managed successful advocacy campaigns, including the Compassionate Use Campaign which resulted in the enactment of New Jersey’s medical marijuana law, the New Solutions Campaign that reformed mandatory minimum sentencing and pretrial justice laws, and various harm reduction campaigns to reduce drug overdose deaths and establish syringe access programs in the state.

Before joining the Drug Policy Alliance, Scotti was a research coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Studies of Addiction in the HIV Prevention Research Division. Scotti received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from Temple School of Law.
