Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Melonie Kotchey is a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in startup business development, operations, health care, medicine, and the cannabis industry. Through strategic partnerships, drive, and determination, she and her team built a strong foundation for the successful integration of medical cannabis into main stream society.
In 2001, Melonie started an import export maternity clothing line and textiles to fill what she saw as a void in the market. While working full time in the hospital anesthesia sales and pain management, she congruently grew from a one-person startup that solely imported product from abroad, to over 150 shipments per month. Melonie while earning her first bachelor’s degree also ran a Vector Marketing office hiring over 80 people at age 21.
Over the years, Melonie has diversified into other business’s such as an e-commerce line for hobby farmers. Making her own veterinary line of medications as she saw a need for pets who have no other option, she closed her chicken and hobby farm business after 8 years and having 1.2 million visitors per month where she showcased over 150 hobby farm products, grossed over half a million a month in revenue and invented two heaters which she patented one.
As a leader and self-sufficient innovator, Melonie is comfortable in any role from the executive boardroom to the floor. She is bold and tenacious known for strong strategic development. Melonie’s innate ability to build high-performance teams including her current strategically-selected executive and clinical management staff, has served as a growth catalyst putting Compassionate Certification Centers on the fast track to success.
Melonie was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 for her healthcare consulting company she founded in 2012. She has recently been featured in a variety of publications, including Leafy, Cannabis Business Times, The Tribune Review, and Marijuana.com and for founding with Dr. Bryan Doner and Dr. Keyur Patel, her most recent business startup, Compassionate Certification Centers.
Bryan Doner, DO, CHWS, FAPWCA, FACHM
Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder
Dr. Bryan Doner is the CMO and Co-Founder of Compassionate Certification Centers, a health care provider group that offers educational resources and assistance to patients by providing comprehensive medical cannabis certifications to those who qualify as well as a cannabis diagnostic tool and EMR system.
Dr. Doner received his undergraduate education at Denison University and completed a graduate program in Medical Sciences at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. He then completed his medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, immediately followed by residency training in Emergency Medicine at Saint Vincent Health System (Erie, PA).
In addition to Emergency Medicine, Dr. Doner has undergone extensive, fellowship level training in both Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, a Certified Hyperbaric & Wound Care Specialist (CHWS) by the American Board of Wound Healing, and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association (FAPWCA).
Dr. Doner also serves as the President/CEO of D&P Medical Group, as well as the Medical Co-Director of the Wound & Hyperbaric Center, Medical Director of the Primary Stroke Center, and attending Emergency Physician at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital outside of Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Doner currently has active medical licenses in PA and other states and is currently obtaining certification to attest for medical cannabis in Pennsylvania under the Department of Health. He has attended numerous symposiums and educational events regarding medical marijuana and research, oftentimes serving as a speaker or panel member. As an advocate for medical marijuana and as a clinical researcher, Dr. Doner is especially interested in future research within this industry.
Dr. Doner is a member of the American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine, American’s for Safe Access, and the Society of Cannabis Clinicians. He is also featured on Marijuana Minutes each week between 8-9 PM on WJAS with The Cannabis Reporter.
Keyur Patel, DO, CHWS, FAPWCA, FACHM
Dr. Keyur Patel received his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University and then completed his medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Saint Vincent Health System (Erie, PA). In addition to Emergency Medicine, Dr. Patel has undergone extensive, fellowship level training in both Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Certified Hyperbaric & Wound Care Specialist (CHWS) by the American Board of Wound Healing. In addition to being the Vice-President/CMO of D&P Medical Group, Dr. Patel currently serves as Medical Co-Director of the Wound & Hyperbaric Center and attending Emergency Physician at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital outside of Pittsburgh, PA.
A minority nursery owner, Dr. Patel has attended Medical Marijuana webinars, seminars and cross functional educational meetings all over the USA. Dr. Patel is also licensed to practice medicine in the state of Ohio and certified under the Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide medical cannabis certifications. He is a member of the following professional organizations: American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine, MAPS, and United For Care. He is also a Medical Co-Director of Concussion Care at ACMH.
Chief Financial Advisor
Mr. Fainbraun is an entrepreneur, active investor and financial advisor. He started his career as a hedge fund trader. More recently, he became a founding partner of eHealth Ventures, a leading health care fund who counts the likes of the Cleveland Clinic and Amgen as partners. He is also an active board member and financial/strategy advisor of several fast-growing consumer-oriented companies. Amongst these is Dolcezza Gelato, a multi-unit retailer and national wholesale gelato manufacturer. Mr. Fainbraun is in the process of helping the company with their next institutional capital raising round. Another is Zengo Fitness, a local DC fitness company in the middle of a soon to be announced national three-way merger which will make the new company one of the highest profile companies in the space. He has also helped found and manage one of DC’s largest window treatment contractors as well as other several local businesses. His biggest passion is using his skills and experience to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Medical Marijuana Doctors
Endocrinologist & Internal Medicine Doctor
Dr. Paul is a fertility specialist who has been practicing solo in the North Hills of Pittsburgh for 30 years. He obtained his M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1982, completed OB/GYN residency at SUNY at Buffalo in 1986, and then completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Georgetown University in 1988.
Dr. Paul treats not only couples unable to conceive, but also reproductive hormonal disorders such as menopause, polycystic ovarian disease, abnormal puberty, excessive hair growth, menstrual disorders, contraception, and male hormonal problems. He is particularly interested in the human endocannibanoid system, and how it affects fertility, mood, and pain sensation. He treats patients with chronic pelvic pain due to endometriosis, as well as menopause-associated vaginal pain. He is also interested in alternative medical cannabis delivery systems, such as vaginal therapy.
Internal Medicine & Clinical Pathologist
Dr. Sheng received his medical education at St. John’s Health Science University in Bangalore, India, where he completed residency training till PG3 in Internal Medicine and Clinical Pathology.
He then completed 3 years of residency training in the USA in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center (affiliated with Yale University) in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He also completed one year of fellowship in Interventional and Vascular Radiology in Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. He is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania and the state of Ohio.
He is certified under the Pennsylvania DOH to provide medical cannabis certifications. He is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
Emergency Room Medicine Physician
Dr. Mike has been an emergency medicine physician at ACMH hospital in Kittanning for almost 15 years. He is board certified in emergency medicine and he is the Assistant Medical Director, Quality Director and Prehospital EMS Director.
Dr. Mike completed his undergraduate degree at Grove City College. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA in 1999. He did a rotating internship at Meadville Medical Center in Meadville, PA and then completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at York Hospital and Hershey Medical Center. He is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians.
Outside the ED, Dr. Mike enjoys hanging out with his wife and 4 kids. He keeps busy with all the kid’s activities as well as enjoying time spent hunting, fishing, camping and working on his farm.

Osteopathic Medicine Physician
Dr. Paul is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He went to Duquesne University and graduated in 1981 with a degree in Music Education. He then went to Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri and graduated in 1988. Finished residency in Internal Medicine at Shadyside Hospital in 1992. He has practiced as an Emergency Department physician for 26 years at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Armstrong County Memorial Hospital and more recently Ellwood City Hospital. Dr. Paul has been a great addition to the CCC team!
Dr. Benjamin, D.O.
Osteopathic Family Physician
Dr. Benjamin received his undergraduate training at Muhlenburg College in Allentown and completed his medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981. He then completed a rotating internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Philadelphia. He is Board Certified in Family Practice. He spent greater than 32 years in the field of family practice which included a solo private practice of his own in Mechanicsburg for 15 years. This small-town family practice involved office based care of all ages, hospital and nursing home rounds, and the long-lost art of house calls.
In 2000, Dr. Benjamin began working a fourteen-year stint as a civilian physician for the Army at the Dunham US Army Health Clinic in Carlisle, Pa. He worked there in family practice as well in the drug and alcohol field as the clinical consultant of the substance abuse clinic and also as the medical review officer. In 2014, he retired for the first time. He got bored and came out of retirement to work for the RASE project in Carlisle for three years as a Suboxone provider where he furthered his knowledge of the problems in our modern society of pain and opiate addiction. He then retired a second time. Once again, he returned to medicine, this time as a medical marijuana provider for the Compassionate Certification Centers in Carlisle, as he felt a strong desire to become an active participant this important and growing field.
Dr. Deborah is a board-certified Ob/Gyn who graduated from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA, graduating in 2002. Following residency, Dr. Deborah worked at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore for five years. She then moved to Iowa where she worked for Mercy Medical Center while her husband completed his medical training. Dr. Deborah moved back to Pennsylvania in 2010, where she practiced general Ob/Gyn. In 2017, Dr. Deborah opened her own private practice, Vitality Gynecology, Aesthetics and Wellness (which includes Bio-identical Hormone Therapy). Dr. Deborah writes, blogs, speaks and appears on various media outlets to educate her patients and her community. She is enthusiastic about medical marijuana, it’s many potential uses and is proud to be associated with Compassionate Certification Centers.
Dr. Brad has been practicing emergency medicine at Westfield Memorial Hospital in Westfield, NY, where he also serves as Director of the Emergency Department. Prior to Westfield, he practiced emergency medicine in Colorado Springs, CO and Erie, PA. He has been board certified in both Family Practice and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Brad received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and his medical education from Des Moines University in 1999. He then completed a five year dual residency in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice, in Pontiac, Michigan.
Outside the ER, Dr. Brad enjoys many interests. Just some of his favorites: annoying his two teenagers, and watching them participate in their various sporting activities, playing with his dog, spending time with friends, sleeping and not working in the ER. When his schedule permits, he loves to visit his family in Minnesota and Colorado.

Dr. Daniel Hamm received his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in economics and biochemistry. He conducted research in evolutionary biology and genetics, as well as economic research within the Las Vegas hotel and casino industry. He taught biology courses at UNLV as well as biology laboratories at the UNLV Singapore campus until pursuing his medical education at the Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, California. He is currently finishing his last year of residency education at Clarion Hospital in Clarion, PA. His focus is rural and family practice medicine. Dr. Hamm’s areas of interest include concierge medicine, anti-aging medicine, addiction medicine, and medical weight loss.

Valerie received her Associates degree in Applied Science, Communication Arts/Graphic Design. She is a true professional with more than 13 years of experience working in a multinational corporate environment as well as in the cannabis industry. Megan received her A.S. in Medical Billing and Coding from Herzing University and has a gift for working with patients. She was born and raised in Florida, where she and her family currently reside. Megan has years of experience being passionate and patient-focused. She has excelled in the healthcare field, offering her expertise in providing excellent customer service and patient care. Brittney is passionate about patient advocacy and she firmly believes “The opiate epidemic in this country is a truly devastating problem that can be eliminated with a more organic option”. With over 10 years of experience as director of operations in medical facilities she excels at managing and coordinating high volume centers of excellence. Dedicated to her patients experience and a focus on it being exceptional, Brittney thrives in a learning environment while pursuing her B.S. Business Administration. She currently resides in Florida with her husband and children and is a lifelong advocate for medical cannabis witnessing the effects and benefits with patients first hand. Brittney supports the Harvesting Hope foundation.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Business from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Jess comes to CCC with a broad business background including an associate degree in Business/Merchandise Management from Bradford School of Business. Having previously worked as a Branch Manager for Carol Harris Staffing, and as a Youth Case Manager for Career TRACK, Jess devoted her time to working with low-income youth – assisting them in overcoming the obstacles potentially preventing them from seeking and maintaining employment.
These opportunities have provided her with extensive experience in counseling and managing. She’s backed with solid experience in management, staff development, supervision, and client relations, Jess also possesses a thorough understanding of client behaviors, program guidelines, and methods of intervention. Past projects and assignments have allowed her to network with an array of media contacts, gain social media experience, and introduced her to elements of Public Relations. Jess is a perfect fit for the CCC team, with a passionate stance towards helping others improve and maintain their overall quality of life.

Kayla has a very extensive background in Customer service with thirteen years in the Industry. For the last three years, she has been working with multiple cannabis companies with promotion and advertising through social media platforms. Besides marketing, she has obtained a certification in Phlebotomy, has taken multiple medically driven classes and is currently obtaining a Bachelor’s in Education and Psychology. Justin is a security professional with over 10 years’ experience in retail loss prevention and premises security. He has worked at many levels in the security profession, from contract security officer to manager of loss prevention for a Fortune 500 retailer. He applies his expertise to security policies and procedures, while performing internal and external auditing. Justin is currently attending school at the Florida Law Enforcement Academy while pursuing his Associates degree in Criminal Justice.

National Sales Director
Ken is a product & nutrition expert with over 10 years of experience in personal nutrition, training, and coaching. He also has extensive experience in hemp-derived CBD and national conference sales development.
Ken has a B.S. in Marketing and Communications from Robert Morris University. He was the founder of Advocare in Pittsburgh and transitioned his coaching and personal training motivational skills into the cannabis industry. He was the sales development lead for the 2017 World Medical Cannabis Convention & Expo, which sold out and brought an overwhelming amount of awareness to the Pittsburgh, PA market.
Ken also works to assist Compassionate Certification Centers in all sales and logistics for our centers located in Pennsylvania to help our marijuana doctors prescribe patients with medical marijuana cards. He services all states in the USA.
CBD Sales and Wholesale Account Development
David brings a unique and diverse acumen to the CCC family. Most recently serving as Managing Partner and Director of New Business Development for a large Knoll contract furniture dealership in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to this David and his wife Tracy, cofounded and ran a contract furniture and interior design firm working mostly in the healthcare, higher education, and corporate markets.
David’s introduction to the medical field came while helping his father ramp down and sell his very busy pediatric medical practice after his father suffered complications due to a recent surgery. Quickly having to learn and navigate the business of a private medical practice as well as working with the many patients to locate and transfer their medical records while communicating with all the referring physicians and hospitals.
He is excited to bring his combined business and medical practice business knowledge to help raise the level of treatment that patients receive while seeking their medical marijuana cards by providing trust, clarity, and the diagnostic help to find the right medicine.
David lives just outside of Harrisburg with his wife, two daughters, two boys, and two Boston Terriers. David also enjoys family skiing, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, table tennis and when any extra time is available you will find him sitting at the piano or with a guitar in hand.
Internal Sales Operations Manager
David has nearly a decade of experience in specialty product sales and marketing. Having previously resided in Colorado’s Front Range, he saw firsthand the enormous positive impact of the state’s medical cannabis program, and David is thrilled to be working with CCC to help patients gain access to life-changing medicine here in Pennsylvania.
David also runs his own business as a professional musician and enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, pinball, and spending time with his fiancé Stephanie and his Texas heeler Bowie.
CBD Sales Consultant
Blaise joins our team with over 45 years of sales experience. He spent his career in the advertising departments of The PITTSBURGH Press and Post-Gazette. Starting as an office assistant, Blaise worked his way through the advertising department from classified inside and outside sales to retail advertising and finally national advertising with annual billing of over $5 million. Blaise is excited to start a new career in our CBD sales department to help educate patients on the importance of CBD in their overall treatment plan.
Internal Sales Customer Service Manager
Sandy is a life time resident of Pittsburgh. She earned her BS degree in food and Nutrition at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She worked as a community nutritionist at WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program. In addition, she also worked part time at Mercy Hospital community at the Healthy Heart community program. While raising her three children, Sandy earned her MBA in Management at Strayer University. She worked in the retail industry as a sales consultant for several years. Sandy loves customer interaction and has enjoyed those years. She then transitioned full circle back to healthcare with a major health care network in Pittsburgh. Sandy is able to combine her years of sales, customer service and healthcare experience into her new position here at CCC!
CBD Sales Consultant
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Jon studied at University of Pittsburgh for business management, he hopes to get an MBA later on in life. Jon is compassionate, friendly, easy to talk to, and very excited to help patients in any way he can. Having been in this industry for a short time, he is pleased to hear so many terrific outcomes from this medicine. Jon is happy to be a part of such a great company, that has helped, and continues to help so many people.
Office Manager/CBD Sales Consultant
Scott brings to the CCC team over 27 years of business, sales, and management experience. Scott had grown up in the Erie, PA community, and after high school, attended Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and graduated from the Kelly School of Business in 1992 with a degree in Operations Management and a Minor in Marketing. After college, he has had positions in sales and sales management in Clarion, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Cleveland, and back to Erie, mostly within the Industrial and Manufacturing fields, with some territories being well over $2 million in sales. He brings his enthusiasm to CCC to educate patients and doctors on the benefits and the rewards of using our CBD products.
He currently resides with his wife, Dana and step children Jonathan and Katelyn in Fairview, PA. He is a die-hard college football and basketball fan and likes to spend his spare time with his family and friends and visiting his brother and sister and their families in Chicago.
Cannabis Consultant/Office Manager
Maggie is a Pittsburgh native who joins CCC with eight and a half years of experience in patient care working with Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled adults in the Pittsburgh area. Maggie received her Bachelors in Science of Nursing from West Virginia University. She is an advocate of the medical benefits of Cannabis and hopes to use her position with CCC to help others improve their quality of life.
Engagement Manager, Concierge Services
Blaise has previously been in the patient care industry for more than five years. He has worked in assisted living homes alongside people with special needs to help provide them with comfort and a healthy standard of living. He has also been in the Cannabis/CBD industry for more than five years, consulting customers and consumers on the properties of hemp-derived Cannabidiol.
He now combines his experience in patient care with his knowledge of the history of Cannabis, as well as the potential benefits of Cannabinoid therapy. Blaise is also a member of ASA (Americans for Safe Access) whose goal is to promote safe and legal access to Cannabis for therapeutic use.
Executive Center Manager
Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience working with customers and public relations. Going by Liz and a mother of two she is an active medical cannabis advocate. Liz enjoys time with her granddaughter and family who live in Boulder Colorado where she spent time educating herself and her children on medical marijuana. Selfless and commanding, Liz joined CCC to be an active manager for one of our locations helping patients and families daily. She is also a member of Common Sense Drug Policy. (CSDP) is an organization from the US dedicated to reforming drug laws that are unfair and slighted against marijuana. Both causes Liz actively supports. CSDP takes the War on Drugs wider than solely marijuana prohibition.
Director of Nursing Medical and Research
Aimee is a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where she received her ASN in nursing and a AS in biology. During her 10 plus years in nursing, she has worked in telemetry, trauma, burn, and emergency nursing. Aimee’s primary focus in nursing has been emergency nursing in hospitals throughout Pittsburgh PA. and surrounding areas. She has worked as a resource RN for emergency departments, development nursing policies, procedure and education for emergency, and SANE nursing. Aimee has focused on policies and procedure development that advocate for patient focused care.
Throughout Aimee’s nursing career, she has experienced first-hand the rise in the opioid epidemic that has destroyed people’s lives, marriages, children, and homes. With heart filled compassion to help end this epidemic, Aimee educated herself on a healthier alternative to treatment and healing by becoming an advocate for “Cannabis for patients.” She concluded, patients need more effective tools to combat illnesses, addictions, and disease without the interactions and serious multiple side effects. Aimee is well versed in providing care to patients of all ages. Her passion is educating nurses and other health care professionals, but most importantly patients in the new era of cannabis medicine.
Aimee is a member of the American Cannabis Nursing Association and Emergency Nursing Association. She is a proud and devoted wife and mother of twins. She is a lifetime animal advocate who loves and cares for a variety of animals providing them a forever home on her farm North of Pittsburgh, PA.
Jill worked in college and after at a drug rehabilitation facility. She worked as a nurse in a detoxification unit before moving to work in an Emergency Room. She has also worked in Nephrology, Urology and Orthopedics. She is a certified SANE nurse and forensic nurse examiner. Her favorite role in the field has been working as a nurse at a sports camp.
Darlene, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing
Darlene comes to Compassionate Certification Centers with over 25 years of experience working with consumers/patients to ensure satisfaction. Darlene had raised four children before beginning her nursing career. She completed her bachelor’s in science of Nursing (BSN) at Waynesburg University. Her passion for patient advocacy and education stems from personal experience with the early delivery of her fourth child. She was employed as a Mother/Baby nurse at UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital for four plus years. During her time there she worked in collaboration with staff and up line leaders to begin a discharge education program for moms, babies, and their families. Her goal of consistency in educational information to all patients was achieved. Darlene transferred to a specialty office setting that was focused in women’s health. Darlene is looking forward to working in collaboration with other medical professionals to ensure patients receive the medication, education, and compassion that they are in search of for treating their ailments. She has witnessed the opioid epidemic on a professional and personal level and is a strong supporter of Common Sense Drug Policy (CSDP). Darlene is a member of the American Cannabis Nursing Association (ACNA) and also a member of NORML.

Joe is a Pittsburgh Native who found his place in patient care after spending four plus years working in an assisted living facility. Always being a Cannabis activist Joe has combined his 10 years of customer service and hospitality along with his patient care background to educate and help patients reap the benefits of Medical Cannabis.

Lindsey has over 9 years experience in patient care. She believes that medical cannabis will provide a better quality of life for patients. She is very passionate about educating people on the alternatives of opioids and other non-pharmaceutical treatment options. She looks forward to the continued progression of this industry. Lindsey currently lives in Florida with her son.
Joe has been in sales for over 20 years. He comes from an education background having been a teacher for over 15 years. Joe also has experience with counseling others in churches and as a pastor for over 30 years. He has been married for over 39 years with two children. He enjoys playing chess as well as teaching children to play in a local chess club. He is even a chess champion! Having a wife who deals with illness, Joe understands the difficulties that can arise in life and he anticipates helping every patient with their specific need.
Cannabis Consultant/Medical Assistant
Meghan is originally from the Poconos, PA and has worked in patient care since 2012 after graduating from Misericordia University with her master’s degree in occupational therapy and bachelor’s degree in health science. With experience of working in a trauma hospital, physical rehab, and school for children with autism and other physical disabilities, she then fell into the world of medical use of cannabinoids when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 at only 26 years old. She has built a network of “breasties” and shares her journey of cancer “thriving” along with the use of cannabinoids on her multiple social platforms and blog “She Sparkles On”. Advocating for the use of cannabinoids medically, Meghan has spoken at many conferences and worked multiple cannabis conventions sharing her story.
In 2018, Meghan reached a major milestone and was deemed cancer-free for two consecutive years. She and her husband, John happily welcomed their miracle daughter in September and are now embracing life as parents to their daughter Kendra, their crazy white lab Izzy, and dainty German shepherd-mix Nala. Meghan’s passion is helping others, and she strives daily to educate and encourage our patients using her own personal experience of using medical cannabis.
Office Manager/Cannabis Care Consultant
Before Chad starting with CCC he worked with LA Fitness, iHeartRadio, and Waste Management all of which have helped him provide the best customer experience a patient could ask for. During his time with iHeartRadio he connected with radio listener around the Pittsburgh area at local events and chances to win tickets to events such as Penguins and Steelers games, Bruno Mars, etc. in addition to working on local events like KISS FM’s Stuff-a-Bus. Being able to work directly with the listeners helped him get a hands on feel for what a consumer/listener is seeking out of their experience. While working with Waste Management he handled a number of states trash needs which included scheduling removal of large items, assisting with replacing a dumpster, and also assuring the customer their pick up is still on schedule. By hearing these customers’ needs it allowed him to put myself in the customers shoes to help resolve their issue.
Medical Assistant/Office Manager
Cara is a Medical Assistant who has had 18 years of experience in the health field. She started working at the age of 16 in a nursing home facility where she worked for 4 years. She then spent 14 years working for BHS Cardiology/Electrophysiology. She enjoys being outdoors, boating ,sitting around camp fires, and most importantly spending time with her family. She feels very blessed to be part of the CCC family and is excited to continue on this journey, as she loves to be able to help people make their lives a better and happier place.
Cannabis Care Consultant
Loretta started her healthcare career in 2001 as an Admission Coordinator at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She realized how much she loved to help people, so she went to school to be a Surgical Technologist. Loretta graduated in 2004 and has worked in the main Operating room doing general surgeries, Labor and delivery and in Reproductive Medicine where she assisted families who struggle to have children. Loretta then moved on to be the office manager for a construction company. She loves spending time with her family, going to the beach, hunting and fishing and most of all being a MiMi to her granddaughter. She encourages people to reach out for help and educate themselves on the benefits of Medical Marijuana. Loretta is very excited to be a part of Compassionate Certification Centers.

Dakota has worked in healthcare for the last 7 years as a certified nursing/medical assistant. The majority of his experience is in long term rehabilitation facilities. Due to this hands on experience, he has seen first hand how medical marijuana truly helps people. Dakota is currently enrolled in college and is focusing on Health Care Administration. After graduation, he plans to work for the government. He also enjoys traveling around the world to explore different counties.

Becca has experience working in the healthcare industry for 10 plus years. She first started out as an aide then moved forward with pursuing her clinical medical assistant degree. She has worked in different office settings such as oncology and gynecology. She has now found her place here at CCC and loves every aspect of patient care, including the one on one time with patients and knowing that they are able to walk out of our door happy and relieved.

Mary has a background in management and became a CNA, this has been her passion for the past 11 years, with the joy of working in hospice care she found that to be her specialty. With being a part of CCC, she is looking forward to growing with the team and its opening up a whole new insight of compassion for patients who truly need help in their care.

Dylan received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Eberly College of Business at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, Dylan now resides in Pittsburgh where he enjoys music, going to concerts, and spending time with friends. With over eight years of experience in customer service, Dylan takes pride in making sure all patients are treated with respect, compassion, and receive the best service possible. His previous experience in CBD sales has provided him with a smooth transition into the medical cannabis industry where he is eager to continue growing. Dylan believes in the power and potential that medical cannabis can have in improving an individual’s quality of life.
