In 2001 Mark joined Crestom, an international leadership development company. As Vice President of Sales and Operations for Ontario he oversaw the training of thousands of managers from many industries. Mark developed a system that would drive corporate profitability and help many organizations improve their revenue generation and cost savings by millions of dollars. Internally, the sales team that Mark led generated an average annual sales growth rate of 68% over a nine year term.
As Chief Operating Officer of Right at Home Canada, Mark helped bring this brand and system to Canada. Canadianizing an international business system to the intricacies of the Canadian health care system required Mark’s exceptional attention to both operations and strategy with a high degree of innovation thinking and problem solving, two of Mark’s very strong traits. After formulating the Canadian business system that would deliver market share, Mark grew the Canadian operations from zero offices to twenty offices in three and a half years, exceeding development goals by 100%. His sense of urgency and foresight and development of long-term strategies and the corresponding operations helped set the direction of the company for long-term sustainable growth.

Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Six Sigma Black Belt and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching children’s soccer and playing sports.
