Laura A. Bianchi is the Director of Cannabis and Partner and Director of Business/Corporate Transactions and Estate Planning Departments.

Her practice focus is cannabis law, business, corporate and real estate transactions, as well as estate, special needs and business succession planning.

Laura is an integral member of Rose Law Group’s Medical Marijuana practice group, providing legal advice, guidance and assistance in various realms of the legal cannabis industry, including strategic planning and development, investment and lending relationships and structure, business and financial structure, business, corporate and real estate transactions, agreements and contracts, compliance with state law and local rules, requirements and regulations, best business practices, business consulting, application preparation and drafting, site selection and procurement, and all stages of the Arizona Department of Health Services Medical Marijuana Program.

Laura provides advice and assistance to her business and corporate clients in a wide variety of ways, including corporate formation and entity structure, charitable nonprofit organizations, financing, real estate transactions, corporate and residential leasing, acquisition and disposition of real property and businesses, employment/independent contractor, business, corporate and real estate negotiations.

Laura is on the forefront of the legal cannabis movement and she is passionate about providing information, education and facts about the cannabis and the cannabis industry, as well as its business, medical, investment and economic benefits and potential.

Laura serves as Co-Chair for the Women Grow Phoenix Chapter, she is an active member of the National Cannabis Industry Association, National Cannabis Bar Association, State Bar Association of Arizona, Arizona Women Lawyer Association, Pinal Partnership and Valley Partnership. She earned her JD from Vermont Law School and received a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Political Science, with a language emphasis in American Sign Language, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
