Dr. Bogner has been researching and lecturing about the benefits of cannabis for the autism spectrum for the last decade.
Fighting to change legislation in several states to have autism added to the marijuana programs and developing new treatment modalities are his core interest. He has published several articles about the complex endocannabinoid pathophysiology in autism. As former chief of surgery he has been trained to fix problems mechanically and understands the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to prevent unnecessary medical intervention.
He has successfully worked with patients suffering from a variety of medical conditions, including autism, obesity, bowel disease, diabetes and cancer. His utilization of adjuvant nutritional based therapy helps treat medical conditions. His commitment is exemplified by his accomplishment receiving his certificate on Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
He is currently working with Jason Cranford at Biotech, Inc. on novel treatment modalities for the autism spectrum. He will be featured on VICE’s Weediequette in 2017, where autism and cannabis will be the main focus. His core belief is that autism is an environmental disease. His research includes linking research evidence about GcMAF, cannabinoids, nagalase, glyphosate and advanced liver regeneration.
