Senator Daylin Leach represents Pennsylvania’s 17th Senatorial District, which includes parts of Montgomery and Delaware counties.

Before becoming a senator in 2008, he served for six years in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Throughout his career, Daylin has championed countless important causes, including criminal justice reform, marriage equality, redistricting reform, environmental stewardship, and campaign finance reform. He has been recognized by advocacy organizations for his work on the environment, education, animal rights, and human rights. Daylin’s bill to create Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana protocol was signed into law in 2016.
